Wall Township (14-0-2) took its first lead of the game when Kiewe won the draw back to Robert Curran who let one go from the point and through a screen to make it 2-1 with 9:37 left in the first period.

Middletown South (10-4) battled back and tied it up at two as Joe Ciervo banged home the rebound off of Hannigan’s initial shot from the point on the power play just 2:20 later, but Wall took the lead back with a power-play goal of its own when Kiewe fought off a defender in front and tipped Larry Hooper’s shot from the blue line home with 1:00 left in the opening frame.

Seelinger scored twice with the man-advantage 1:52 apart to make it 5-2 before Kiewe notched his second goal of the game high, stick-side, on the power play 4:28 into the second period to make it a 6-2 game.

Jack Textor extended Wall’s lead to five when the senior finished the play started by Thomas Falletta and Kyle O’Neil.

Ralph put Middletown South on the board with its third goal of the game with an assist from Nick Lioudakis to make it 7-3 before Tarantino and Ryan Burns connected 3:24 apart in the third and final frame to cap the scoring.
