In this video what you do is skate down the ice and when you reach the opposing teams defender what you are going to do is make a fake move to the outside and move inside the defender, once you have done that you will use that defensemen as a screen on the goalie!

So when you are ready and you’ve made your move to the inside and you’ve found your lane to shoot you are going to shoot the opposite way you are skating, this gets the goalie moving vertical one way and you are going to blast the puck the other way!

This can work all over the ice especially while you’re moving across the hash marks!
