The start of the school year means it’s time to reestablish those routines. For some, it’s up early to pack lunches and make breakfast. For those of you who have to race your kids out the door, things can easily fall by the wayside.
You don’t want breakfast to be one of those things. Student athletes need a healthy breakfast every morning in order to be successful in the classroom and on the ice. Lucky for many of us, registered dietitian and hockey mom, Kim Lukhard was happy to show us how we can get our kids the nutrition the need to start their day the AAA way.
