Welcome to the next installment in a series of weekly videos from Hockey Coach Vision!

Each Wednesday for the next several weeks, the staff at Hockey Coach Vision, including Larry Huras, Filip Kostovic and Franjo Zajec, will release a new training video to help you as a coach pass on hockey-specific tips, training and skills to the next generation of ice hockey players.

In our 11th installment, Hockey Coach Vision continues with “Snake Net Drive.

“This is a nice warm drill for players early in practice to work break out basics, pivots, passing in movement, stretch passing and timing.” — Larry Huras

Description:
-P1 must time his pivot to open up on time to receive break out pass from P3.
-P2 must time his cut at the blue line to be able to take the pass from P1 at full speed
-After passing to P2, P3 drives to the net for a rebound off P8’s shot
