In our 12th installment, Hockey Coach Vision continues with “2@0 Around the Rink.”
“This is a general warm up drill to get everyone going right out of the gate. It works Passing in movement and 1@1 small area skills.” — Larry Huras
– Players pair up and skate around the rink in the same direction exchanging short passes
– On single whistles by the coach the players speed up and slow down. On double whistle the players play 1@1 keep away in a small area
